GENERAL FEATURES

The design system of the inclined table is based on the separation of ores from each other with the help of water by utilizing the density differences.

The main carrier body is a steel construction made of U profiles. Above it there is a second steel construction made of box profiles. The separation surfaces of the tables are fiberglass.

These sorting tables designed by DEISTER were made of membrane material covered with rubber strips over a wooden construction. In the last few years, all developed countries have been using fiberglass surface on steel construction instead of wood and membrane. The tables we produce contain the same features.

Fiberglass surfaces are very resistant to abrasion and have a flawless surface. This allows the material to slide off the surface more easily and minimize the loss in separation.

The system works with a single gearbox that shakes 3 floors at the same time. A 4kW, 1/940 rpm motor is used on the gearbox. Thanks to this design; high efficiency and energy savings are achieved in production.

The distribution hopper of the tables is capable of feeding 3 tables at the same time. On the table sides there are steel drainage channels for waste material and ore.
